Join Misty while she teaches her course on Mindfulness, Monday, July 15th, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm. This course will teach ways to be mindful throughout the day. Some areas include: the health benefits; creating a routine that includes meditation, journaling, and inspirational reading; how to meditate; journaling prompts; and deep breathing exercises.
